The agreement expands the network of support available to Freightliner drivers, offering light mechanical repairs, roadside emergency services and field‑service recall campaigns. Freightliner’s dealers already provide parts and warranty coverage, but the added touch point at Love’s is designed to keep trucks on the road faster and reduce downtime for CDL‑A drivers and owner‑operators.

“With this complementary offering to our own service network, we will provide Freightliner customers the increased support and convenience they need to keep the world moving,” said Drew Backeberg, senior vice president of aftermarket at DTNA. “We know that time is money for professional drivers, and we’re excited to introduce a new service touch point to help get Freightliner drivers back on the road quickly,” added Gary Price, executive vice president of total truck care solutions for Love’s. The two companies will coordinate parts inventory and warranty claim processes to streamline service for drivers traveling across the country.
